Yolo Gold is a wheat malt whiskey distilled from 100% California grown and malted wheat and barley. Aged for at least one year in small American Oak casks previously used for our West Coast and/or Rye Whiskeys. The spirit is subtle and approachable at 90 proof with hints of honey, graham cracker and spice. A crowd favorite for sure. Try it neat or in a whiskey highball.
