Our El Ladrón Blanco is double distilled in a hand pounded copper alembic still and allowed to rest in stainless steel barrels, resulting in a clear spirit rich in agave flavor.
Tasting Notes: The aroma will be familiar to those that have tasted new-make whiskey. This aroma is blended with some sweet roasted agave and freshly-cut grass. There are some ripe raspberry notes on the mid-palate and the finish is now more like an agave spirit. The finish is slightly bitter, dry and clean.
